What contractors should know

ScopeProof is for roofing contractors in the United States.

ScopeProof is being developed around a documentation-focused workflow for roofing claims. The planned workflow would bring an adjuster’s estimate PDF together with job photos and measurements, help surface potentially missed or underpaid items for consideration, and prepare supporting documentation for contractor review. Contractors can attach an estimate PDF and save job photos to a private claim today. Both file types are stored as evidence only; photos and estimates are not reviewed or analyzed. Measurements, analysis, and documentation preparation are not available in the current app.

The planned workflow is intended to use an adjuster’s estimate PDF, job photos, and measurements. Today, a signed-in contractor can attach an estimate PDF and save job photos to a private claim. Both remain stored evidence only and are not reviewed or analyzed. Measurements are not accepted.

Contractors can create an account, use a private claim queue, create and view claim records, and activate a claim record. A contractor can attach an adjuster-estimate PDF and save job photos to their own claim. These files are stored for that claim and are not reviewed or analyzed.

A signed-in contractor can attach an estimate PDF and save job photos to a private claim. Both are kept as stored evidence only and are not reviewed or analyzed. Measurements cannot be uploaded, and claim-scope analysis and supporting-document preparation are planned capabilities.

The planned documentation is for the contractor to review and edit. Contractors decide what to use and whether to submit anything. ScopeProof does not make that decision for them.

ScopeProof does not provide human review, represent homeowners, or negotiate insurance claims. It does not promise payment or any claim outcome.
