For U.S. roofing contractors
From job evidence to contractor review.
ScopeProof’s intended workflow is to review an adjuster estimate alongside job photos and measurements, identify potentially missed or underpaid items, and prepare supporting documentation for contractor review.
Prepare your job file
Claim-file preparation checklist
The planned ScopeProof workflow is designed to use these three materials:
- Adjuster’s estimate PDFHave a copy of the estimate PDF ready.
- Job photosGather photos from the job.
- MeasurementsHave the job’s measurements ready.
Estimate PDFs and job photos can be saved to a private claim today. They remain stored evidence only. Measurements cannot currently be uploaded. Creating a contractor account is available as a next step.
Create your contractor accountIntended workflow
Three steps, all planned
- 01Planned
Review the job record together
The planned workflow brings an adjuster estimate together with the job’s photos and measurements for one review.
- 02Planned
Surface possible gaps
Comparing estimate items with job evidence is intended to help flag potentially missed or underpaid work for the contractor to consider—not determine a claim.
- 03Planned
Prepare material for contractor review
Supporting documentation is planned for the contractor to check, edit, and decide whether to use. ScopeProof does not currently prepare it or provide that review.
Current app capabilities
What ScopeProof supports today
The app supports contractor accounts, private claim records, and adjuster-estimate PDF attachments. The claim queue is private to the account and gated by subscription access.
- Account registrationContractors can create an account.
- Private claim queueClaim records are scoped to the contractor account and access is subscription-gated.
- Claim details and record activationOwners can view details, attach or download an estimate PDF, and activate a claim record.
Record activation changes an app record; it does not submit or negotiate an insurance claim. Estimate PDFs and job photos are stored as evidence only. The app does not currently accept measurements or analyze photo or document contents.
